X-ray Fluorescence

Technique that works through the detection of fluorescent or secondary radiation, qualitative and quantitative analyses are carried out from the element Fluorine to Uranium. It is possible to analyze solid and liquid samples (organic and inorganic), without previous treatment or alteration of the sample.

Inorganic elements in organic samples. It is possible to identify and measure qualitatively and quantitatively the inorganic elements that are part of organic matrices, such as plastics or even food

Determination of the alloy grade. Qualitative and quantitative composition of metal alloy samples, including a comparison with the contents of the certified material.

Analysis of defects, starting from the elemental content in the fault zone. Elemental mapping analysis by the scanning electron microscopy technique is also incorporated.
