To implement, maintain and improve the quality management system, complying with the applicable legal requirements and the NMX-EC-17025-IMNC:2018 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) standard, maintaining control and evaluation mechanisms that allow identifying areas for improvement in the development of activities.

To guarantee the means, equipment, adequate facilities and optimal conditions to carry out the Laboratory’s activities, ensuring the validity of our results through verifications and calibrations, applying standardized test methods, in order to meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

To comply with the procedures, testing standards, instructions and applicable documents focused on the continuous improvement of technical skills of all personnel through the training, monitoring and updating of personnel, who act responsibly, consciously, with good practices, impartial and confidential with the results, as well as with the information of our clients.
